Short term Assignment:
If you have excess with work due to lay-off, maternity leave, unexpected growth and you are in needs of a temporary solution to manage your account receivable. HaaluBiz Inc. can work with you to help you achieve you goal. Under this condition, No special arrangement needs to be made between your organization and our firm. Either the business owner or a manager from your company will need to sign a memorandum of understanding to officially recruit HaaluBiz Inc., to handle and manage your company's account receivables. Below is what you will need to do:
1. Sign a memorandum of understanding
2. Agree on payment terms based on volume of customers
3. Sign a confidential agreement
Long term Assignment:
If you are looking for a firm to handle your account receivable, HaaluBiz, Inc. is without any doubted your critical partner you need to oversee this important function in your organization. We can step in at any given time to help you manage your account receivables. However, we prefer to begin our relationship with new client at the beginning of the fiscal year in order to organize, prepare and develop a working concept to meet your business need.
1. Evaluate the current standing of the client's account receivable
2. Agree on payment terms that are not based on volume of customers.
3. Sign a confidential agreement.
4. Sign a yearly contract with HaaluBiz Inc.,
5. Allow HaaluBiz Inc., a minimum fifteen days prior of taking over.
6. Minimum 35% -50% deposit.
At least one session will be conducted with the client to present our program for managing his or her account receivable and to describe methods to accelerate the receipt of cash from receivables. And, upon agreeing on the terms and conditions above. HaaluBiz, Inc. will provide the new client with the date it will take over the account receivable functions.

1. Monitoring and updating customer's accounts.
2. Establish a payment period.
3. Monitor collections.
4. Evaluate the receivable balance.
5. Helping accelerate cash receipts from receivables when necessary.
6. End of month reporting.
7. Preparing Invoices.
8. Mailing invoices to customers.
9. Follow up Services for doubtful accounts.
10. Assisting in the recovery of uncollectible account.
11. Quarterly Account Summary.
12. Bank Deposit on behalf of clients.
13. Bank Reconciliation and Etc.
14. Handle customer inquiries on behalf of clients.
15. Initiate Collection activities for unpaid account.
