I am authorized to represent the company listed above and I agreed to hire Haalubiz, Inc. a division of "Haalufa USA" to provide our company with the requested business service submitted on the contact information form. Furthermore, I fully agreed and understood the billing system and policies of Haalubiz, Inc., and accepted its terms and conditions.

"CLIENTS" are required to pay "HAALUBIZ, INC. for its services in advance and a wide range of payment options are available, i. e " CREDITS CARD, DEBIT CARD AND CHECKS." However, established "CLIENTS" are given payment term option under a number of conditions, which are not limited to: Penalty fees ranging from 3 to 10% and to turn over any aging invoice or invoices to third party collections for payment."

"HAALUBIZ, INC. & HAALUFA USA" could not be liable for mistakes, errors or fraud from any third party transactions. "CLIENT" is agreed to verify its transaction and inform the respective "PARTY" OR "PARTIES" Including HAALUBIZ, INC. of any suspicious activities that resulting from any third party transactions."

INDEMNIFICATION AGAINST THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the other party and each of its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, losses, actions, causes of actions, and the like bought by third parties against one of the parties arising from or relating, directly or indirectly, to the other party failure to perform any material covenant, condition, or provision of this agreement. The indemnification authorized by this paragraph shall include the payment of reasonable attorney's fees and other expenses (not limited to taxable costs) incurred in setting or defending any claims, threatened actions, or finally adjudicated legal proceedings.
